Asunmaa on the starting line of two-day Rally Rokiskis

Teemu Asunmaa, 35, along with his co-driver Ville Mannisenmäki, 27, are competing this upcoming weekend in the CBer Rally Rokiskis.

-We arrived in Lithuania on Monday following Secto Rally Finland. We tested on Tuesday and we’ll continue on Thursday. It’s a proper rally with 18 stages and around 150 special stage kilometres divided into two days.

Asunmaa will be driving a Skoda Fabia N5+. It is also Asunmaa’s first time driving an N5+ -car in an competitive weekend. Asunmaa has competed with a Ford N5 in Rally Rokiskis in 2018 and 2019, again prepared by Samsonas.

-The car is prepared by Samsonas Motorsport. It is and N5+, so not quite R5 or Rally2 car, but not so far from it.

CBet Rally Rokiskis has become almost a tradition to Asunmaa. First time Asunmaa drove there in 2017.

-It is a familiar event for me. We’re here for the fifth time, we only missed this event last year. It’s nice to drive here again.

CBet Rally Rokiskis is held 13th to 14th of August in Rokiskis, Lithuania. The event consists of 18 special stages and 151,83 special stage kilometres.
